Public Hearing - Zoning Board of Adjustment - 01/05/20


There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday January 05, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12, Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Zoning Board of Adjustment will utilize the emergency meeting provisions of RSA 91-A to conduct meetings through electronic means while preserving, to the extent feasible, the public's right to notice of such meetings and ability to observe and listen contemporaneously. Public Hearings:

Hemily Investments, LLC, Owners/Applicants are seeking two Variance Requests. The first request is to allow a proposed Multi-family use in the Commercial Industrial Flex Zone. The second request is to permit the proposed 30- unit Condominium Development that will have four buildings with less than the ½ the building length to the side setbacks. This concerns Section 3.11(A)(3) and Section 4.4.1.3 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.
