There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday March 02, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12, Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Zoning Board of Adjustment will utilize the emergency meeting provisions of RSA 91-A to conduct meetings through electronic means while preserving, to the extent feasible, the public's right to notice of such meetings and ability to observe and listen contemporaneously. Public Hearings:

Tania Gosselin, Owner/Applicant is seeking a Variance to allow the construction of a deck and a sunroom with dormer(s) onto the rear of the home, approximately 15 ft. from the side property line whereas a minimum 25 ft. setback is required per Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The property is located at 16 Incline Avenue, a Class VI Road, (Map 42, Lot 7), Zoned Agricultural (Continued from the February 09, 2021 Meeting.) Applicant requests postponement/continuation to the April 6, 2021 Meeting to allow time for the boundary survey requested by the Board on February 09, 2021 Meeting to be completed.

Moose Club Park Rentals, Owner/Applicant, is seeking two Variances.  The first Variance requested is to permit a lot line adjustment between two lots to make the non-conforming lot (vacant Map 19, Lot 34) less non-conforming.  The non-conforming lot would increase in area from 4,100 sq. ft. to 6,121 sq. ft., whereas 10,000 sq. ft. of area is required per Section 4.3, Table of Dimensional Regulations of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance for a lot served by public sewer and public water.  The second Variance requested is to allow for the construction of a single-family home on the vacant lot, 20 ft. from the front yard setback along Moose Club Park Road, whereas a 25 ft. setback is required per Section 4.3, Table of Dimensional Regulations of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The properties are located at Moose Club Park Road, 132 Moose Club Park Road, (Map 19, Lots 34 & 33 respectively), and Shore Drive.  Portions of both the lots are located within the 100-year Flood Hazard District. Zoned:  Residential-2.
