There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday May 4, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12, Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Zoning Board of Adjustment will utilize the emergency meeting provisions of RSA 91-A to conduct meetings through electronic means while preserving, to the extent feasible, the public's right to notice of such meetings and ability to observe and listen contemporaneously. Eversource Energy, Easement holder, is seeking a Special Exception to replace seven (7) utility poles along the C196 and J114 Transmission Lines and the 322 Distribution Line, in proximity to the existing poles, approximately 5-10 ft. higher than the existing structures due to updated National Electrical Safety Code Requirements. The site crosses five (5) public roads including Laurel Street, Elm Street, Goffstown Back Road, Black Brook Road, Portage Road, two (2) private roads - Allard Park Road and Sarette Road, and one (1) Class 6 Road – Shanty Road.   • Request for a Special Meeting – Hadley Falls Development:

    • Letter from Attorney Jason M. Craven of Baroff & Craven, requesting a Special Meeting to consider granting a second Request for an Extension of Time for Variances and a Special Exception granted by the Zoning Board of Adjustment in September 2017 for Hadley Falls Development - a proposed 99-unit Multi-Family Development on a non-conforming lot. The ZBA granted the first Time Extension at their meeting held on September 3, 2019. The parcel is located at 15 Factory Street (Map 34, Lot 171)
