Public Hearing - Conservation Commission - 05/26/21

In accordance with RSA 36-A:5, the Goffstown Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., to receive public comment pertinent to expending conservation funds for the purchase and administrative costs associated with the conveyance of a 17 conservation easement deed on Map 7, Lots 88  and 88B, located on Snook Road, to the Piscataquog Land Conservancy. The easement will conserve land protecting the Snook Road Swamp, a designated Prime Wetland. This Public Hearing will be held in accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12, Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Conservation Commission will utilize the emergency meeting provisions of RSA 91-A to conduct meetings through electronic means while preserving, to the extent feasible, the public's right to notice of such meetings and ability to observe and listen contemporaneously.
