There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday June 01, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12, Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Zoning Board of Adjustment will utilize the emergency meeting provisions of RSA 91-A to conduct meetings through electronic means while preserving, to the extent feasible, the public's right to notice of such meetings and ability to observe and listen contemporaneously. Public Hearings:

Paris Rev. Trust of 2019 and Gerard & Georgia Paris, Owners/Applicants are seeking a Variance to construct a 10’ x 14’ deck approximately 12.8 ft. from the side property boundary (off Eden Street), whereas 15 ft. is the minimum required.  This concerns Sections 4.3 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The property is located at 26 Laurel Street (Map 14, Lot 53A), Zoned:  Residential-2

David Vermokowitz, Applicant/Owner seeks two Variances and a Special Exception to construct an accessory dwelling unit that will exceed the maximum square footage of 800 gross square feet (1,064 gross sq. ft. is proposed). A second Variance is required, as the lot does not meet the minimum lot size requirement of 1 acre.  This concerns Section 5.2.1 and Section 5.2.7 of the Goffstown Zoning ordinance.  The accessory dwelling unit is allowed by Special Exception per Section 5.2 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The property is located at 221 Elm Street (Map 36, Lot 36), Zoned:  Residential-1

Gregory Clauson, Owner/Applicant, is seeking a Variance to subdivide one lot into two non-conforming lots.  The “parent” lot (Map 13, Lot 32) that has an existing two-family home on the property will become more non-conforming in area – reduced from 19,163 sq. ft., whereas 21,780 sq. ft. is required for a duplex with public water and public sewer.  The proposed single-family lot fronting on West Side Avenue will have 8,377 sq. ft. in area whereas 10,000 sq. ft. is required.  Both lots will have 90 ft. of road frontage whereas 100 ft. is required.  This concerns Section 4.3 (table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The property is located at 14 St. Anselm Drive and West Side Avenue (Map 13, Lot 32), Zoned: Residential-2
