CONSERVATION COMMISSION MEETING

AGENDA – WEDNESDAY– JANUARY 26, 2022

GOFFSTOWN TOWN HALL – 16 MAIN STREET – LOWER LEVEL, ROOM 106 - 7:00 P.M.

Presentation:

Map 2, Lots 6, 5, 64-29 & 59,   Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit Hearing for a proposal to replace overhead electric utility structures along the existing K105 Transmission Line as part of an ongoing rebuild project.  The new/replacement structures will encroach within the “Shirley Hill Road Wetlands” which are designated as Prime Wetlands and are also located within the Wetland Surface Water Conservation District.  A Conditional Use Permit is required per Section 13.3.7.1 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, to replace structures within the Wetlands and Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District.  Easement Owner is Public Service of New Hampshire dba Eversource Energy, located off Shirley Hill Road on Map 2, Lots 6, 5 & 64-29 (Shirley Hill Road Prime Wetlands Area); Map  2, Lot 59, Roberts Road, Addison Road and Kennedy Hill Road Zoned:  Agricultural & Wetlands & Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) Overlay District

Map 5 Lot 56, Utility work within the Utility Easement  of Public Service of New Hampshire dba Eversource Energy, that is also located within the Conservation Open Space Easement, located off Tatro Drive, Zoned: Commercial Industrial Flex Zone

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of November 17, 2021.

Correspondence:

  • Copy of email from Kevin Feeney stating he has erected the new horizon maps on top of Uncanoonc viewing the Monadnocks and Patuckaway.

  • NHDES restoration plan approval for Map 42, Lot 7, Tania Gosselin, 16 Incline Avenue.

  • NHDES Permit by Notification fort Utility Maintenance Activity for F192 Transmission Line being partially located in Goffstown.

  • Two copies of Licenses to construct and maintain electric lines within Goffstown for the O161 Line.

  • Copy of Memo sent from the Conservation Commission to Department of Public Works, Select Board and Planning Board regarding drainage work being conducted on Map 38 Lot 117-2, 9 Maple Avenue. that was located within natural drainage swale. (Copy mailed.)

  • Letter to the Select Board, Town Administrator and the Public Works Director from the Conservation Commission. Thanking for the restoration work that was done on Bay Street, Map 21 Lot 64A. (Copy mailed.)
