POSITION:
Full Time IT Helpdesk Technician
SCHEDULE:
35hrs/week, Monday - Friday, 8:00-4:00
WAGES:
$20.80 - $30.13 (max) – Labor Grade 5
Starting $20.80 – $21.85, depending on qualifications
DUTIES:
- This position provides technical support for systems, software and users of the
- Information Systems infrastructure, responding to end user support requests, and
ensuring timely resolution. - This position will also provide support for Town Website.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideal candidate understands a variety of network and information systems concepts,
practices, and procedures. - An Associate’s Degree and/or relevant certifications in computer field required.
- One to two years of relevant experience preferred, or a combination of education,
training and experience. - Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
