Review of Fire Cistern Ordinance

OLD BUSINESS:

Nap 33, Lots  17 & 18, Completeness Review/Subdivision Waiver & Amendment Request for the subdivision plan that was approved on October 14, 2021, for Falcon Heights Properties, LLC, property owners, located at  94 & 98 New Boston Road. The approved subdivision plan was for a lot line adjustment that will create one new additional lot. Also approved was a Request for Relief from the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland Surface Water Conservation District (WSWC) District Buffer for a driveway that will be partially located within that Outer 50’ buffer. The applicant is now requesting to amend the conditions of approval and remove the condition that restricts proposed lot 17-1 to only allowing a single-family home to be built on the lot. The applicant is also requesting a Waiver from Appendix Roadway Standards, Section 8: Driveways 11.b. Driveways/ Private Roads; to allow the driveways to be constructed without the required vehicle turnaround area on the proposed lots. The properties are zoned: Residential-1 & WSWC Overlay District
