Posted Roads - Per RSA 231:191, the Town of Goffstown may employ load/weight restrictions during the spring thaw period. The Town’s load limit has been posted on all affected roads. This is done to prevent roadway damage and to protect the large infrastructure investment the Town has made.

Typically the posting lasts approximately 4 weeks from the initial posting date. Waivers will be issued by DPW on an emergency basis only as conditions allow (click here to view the list of posted roads and click here for the spring posting load restrictions).
