Map 16, Lot 172, Completeness Review./Conditional Use Permit & Waiver Request Hearing to allow for the driveway expansions/improvements to remain that do not meet the driveway regulations as per Section Appendix A, Section 8.C.5 (No driveway shall be 10 ft. from side property line.) & 8.C.7 (Maximum width of residential driveway shall not exceed 22 ft. including flare radii of 5 feet.) of the Goffstown Development Regulations.  The owners are also requesting a Conditional Use Permit per Section 7.4.2 (Separation of Driveways in Residential Districts) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The Property is located at 640 Mast Road/Larch Street, owned by Jordan & Alyssa Dupuis, Zoned:  Residential, Small Business Office-2 (RSBO-2).  (Continued from the March 24, 2022 Meeting).
