Adam Pushee, Applicant/Owner is seeking a Variance to allow for a pool with a deck be attached to the existing home that will be located 12 ft. from the side property line whereas a 15 ft. side setback is required per Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. Russell Brown, Applicant/Owner is seeking a Variance to allow for a pool to be attached to the existing home that will be located 10 ft. from the rear property line whereas a 30 ft. rear setback is required per Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. TF Moran, Inc., Applicant & Public Service Co of NH dba Eversource Energy, Owner are seeking two Variances.  The first Variance request is to allow for Utility Service Structures to be located 2 ft. and 12 ft. from the property line whereas a 50 ft. setback is required per Section 5.16.1 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.
