Map 18, Lot 60-2 & Proposed Lot 60-3, Site Plan/Conditional Use Permit Review Hearing for a proposal to build a 2,232 sq. ft. retail restaurant with a drive-through on proposed newly created Lot 60-3, which is part of a three-unit land condominium. A Conditional Use Permit is required to allow for a restaurant with a drive through service, per Section 3.11 (Table of Principal Uses) E(4). Property Owners are LEED Development, LLC, and the property is located at Abingdon Way/Mast Road, Zoned: Commercial. (Continued from the April 28, 2022 Meeting).

Map 30, Lot 46-1, Completeness Review/Site Plan & Relief from the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer Review Hearing for a proposal to reconfigure the existing parking lot located at an existing medical office building to accommodate an additional 16 parking spaces along with associated improvements and install minor stormwater management provisions. The owner is also seeking Relief of the Outer 50’ of the 100’ WSWC District as the proposed improvements will be partially located within the Outer 50’ of the 100’ WSWC District Buffer.
