There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday June 7, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall,
16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 for the following applications:

Public Hearing:

Rehearing: Mark Skersey, Applicant/Owner is seeking a Special Exception under Section 14.7.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to build a barn on a property that doesn’t have a primary home located on it, is located on a lot that doesn’t meet the 2-acre area requirement and only has frontage on a Class IV Road. A Variance from Section 3.12 is also requested to construct the accessory building on a lot that does not have a principal residential use. The property is located Incline Avenue, (Map 41, Lot 55), Zoned: Agricultural (The Board granted a rehearing on this application on May 3, 2022.)

Bailey Rev Trust & Jessica & Kevin Bailey, Applicant/Owners are seeking a Special Exception to building a single-family home on lot that doesn’t meet the 200’ frontage requirement.
