Map 30, Lot 46-1, Completeness Review/Site Plan & Relief from the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer Review Hearing for a proposal to reconfigure  the existing parking lot located at an existing medical office building to accommodate an additional 16 parking spaces along with associated improvements and install minor stormwater management provisions.  The owner is also seeking Relief of the Outer 50’ of the 100’ WSWC District  as the proposed improvements will be partially located within the Outer 50’ of the 100’ WSWC District Buffer.  The property is located at 89 South Mast Street, owned by PRM-RGM LLC,  Zoned: Residential Small Business Office-1 (RSBO-1) & Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Overlay (Continued from the May 12, 2022 Meeting.)

Map 5, Lot 15, Completeness Review/Site Plan & Conditional Use Permit Hearing for a proposed rebuild of the existing  Eversource Energy Gregg’s Utility Substation with associated improvements. A Conditional Use Permit is required per Section 13.3.7.1 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance for the impacts within the buffer of the Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District.
