Discussion:

Map 36, Lot 68, Kathleen & Thomas Langlois, applicant/owner are seeking a Variance to allow for the construction of a deck and stairs that will be located within the inner 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District Buffer.  The property is located at 202 Elm Street, Zoned: Residential-1.  (The Commission needs to discuss results of site walk on June 8, 2022 and make recommendation to ZBA for July 5, 2022 Meeting.)

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of May 25, 2022.
