Map 14, Lot 11, Conditional Use Permit & Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposed two (2) lot subdivision located at 3 Heald Street/St. Anselm’s Drive, owned by Falcon Heights Properties, LLC. The applicant is also applying for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a driveway to be constructed that will be located 38 ft. from an adjacent driveway, whereas a 40 ft. driveway separation is required per Section 7.4.1 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.
