Discussion:
Map 5, Lots 14, 14-1,15-3, 32-3, & 32-4; Map 8, Lots 40-OS, 40-1, 45, 46-13, 46-29, 60-OS, & 61; Map 12, Lots 6-2, 6-3, 8 & 10; and Map 9 Lots 36-7, for Conditional Use Permit Application of Public Service of New Hampshire dba Eversource Energy, Easement Owner, for a proposal to replace overhead electric utility structures along the existing C196 and Q171 Transmission Lines as part of an ongoing rebuild project. Some of the new/replacement structures and site improvements will be located within the Wetland Surface Water Conservation District. A Conditional Use Permit is required per Section 13.3.4 and Section 13.3.7.1 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, to replace structures within the Wetlands and Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District. The Easement areas located off Montelona Road (Map 12, Lots 10, 6-2, 6-3 & 8), Goffstown Back Road (Map 5, Lot 5-14), Elm Street (Map 5 Lots 14-1 & 15-3), Locust Hill Road (Map 5, Lots 32-3, 32-4 & Map 8 Lot 45), Kimberly Lane (Map 8, Lot 40-1) Benjamin Drive (Map 8 Lot 40-OS), Meadowlark Lane (Map 8, Lot 46-13), Tibbetts Hill Road (Map 8, Lots 46-29 & 61), Pasture Drive & Coriander Way (Map 8 Lots 60-OS & Map 9 Lot 36-7), Zoned: Agricultural, Residential-1 & Wetlands & Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District
