SCENIC ROAD PUBLIC HEARING FOR TREE CUTTING ON MERRILL ROAD:
The Goffstown Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to RSA 231:158, for the purpose of trimming
and removal of trees on a designated scenic road in the Town of Goffstown. PSNH d/b/a Eversource Energy is proposing to trim and remove trees along the roadside of Merrill Road, which is designated a scenic road.

Map 18, Lot 60-2 & Proposed Lot 60-3, Site Plan/Conditional Use Permit Review Hearing for a proposal to build a 2,232 sq. ft. retail restaurant with a drive-through on proposed newly created Lot 60-3, which is part of a three-unit land condominium. A Conditional Use Permit is required to allow for a restaurant with a drive through service, per Section 3.11 (Table of Principal Uses) E(4). Map 38, Lot 117 & Proposed Lot 117-3, Development Regulations Waiver Request for recently approved two lot subdivision, requesting a waiver of the Development Regulations, Appendix A, Roadway Standards, Section 8, Driveways C.11, Driveways serving 2 or 3 dwelling units, no matter lengths, shall be the same as those driveways with lengths over 300 ft. The property is located at 21 Elm Street & Maple Avenue, owned by Falcon Heights Properties, LLC, Zoned: Village Commercial (Continued from the July 14, 2022 Meeting.)
Map 5, Lot 15, Site Plan & Conditional Use Permit Hearing for a proposed rebuild of the existing Eversource Energy Gregg’s Utility Substation with associated improvements. A Conditional Use Permit is required per Section 13.3.7.1 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance for the impacts within the buffer of the Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District. Map 5 Lot 49, Completeness Review/Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposal to build a 4,800 sq. ft. commercial building with onsite associated improvements, for a proposed automotive/trailer dealership business. Property Owners are Hawkes Motorsport, LLC, Located at 186 Mast Road, Tax Map 5 Lot 49, Zoned: Commercial Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ) (This applicant is now requesting to be continued to the September 8, 2022 Planning Board Meeting. Board needs to vote on the request.)
