There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 for the following applications:

License & Certificate of Approval Review:
Force Five Automotive, LLC, Applicant, is seeking a License and Certificate of Approval per State RSA 236:115 from the Zoning Board of Adjustment to obtain a license from the Select Board to continue the current Hebert’s Towing, LLC d/b/a Hebert’s Used Auto Parts/Junk Yard business, owned currently by Shirley Hill, LLC, by the applicant who will be taking over ownership of the property. Public Hearing:
Moose Club Park Rentals, LLC, Applicant/Owner is seeking a Special Exception under Section 3.11 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance to permit the conversion of an existing single-family home into a (3) three-unit multi-family building. A Variance is also required from the maximum number of dwelling units in Section 4.3 of the Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 9 Prospect Street, (Map 34, Lot 14), Zoned: Residential-1.
