CONSERVATION COMMISSION MEETING

AGENDA – WEDNESDAY– AUGUST 24, 2022

GOFFSTOWN TOWN HALL – 16 MAIN STREET – LOWER LEVEL, ROOM 106 - 7:00 P.M.

Discussion:

1) Recommendation/comments for impending tax deeds for the non-payment of the 2019 Levy.

2) Request to appoint a Conservation Commission Member as a representative to the Village Bridge Ad Hoc Committee.

TRC Plan Review by Staff:

Map 21, Lots 98 & 99, proposed two lot subdivision. The legal deed description shows the properties as one lot. The intent of the proposed subdivision is to legally subdivide the property into two lots and reestablish the lot lines between Lot 98 and Lot 99. The properties are located a 495 Mast Road and Oak Lane, owned by Lafond Family Living Trust. The properties are Zoned: Residential Small Business and Office District-2 (RSBO-2) and Residential-2.

Map 4, Lots 31A & 31B, Proposal to adjust the lot lines between the two existing lots. No new lots will be created. Owners are James & Kim Lowell and Raymond & Patricia Pare. The properties are located off 58 (Lot 31B) and 94 (Lot 31A) Leach Hill Road, Zoned: Conservation & Open Space.

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of July 27, 2022

Correspondence:

1) Copy of paid invoice for Milfoil treatment in Namaske Lake. (The total was $7,100.00. Town paid $3,550.00 and NHDES paid $3,550.00.)

2) NHDES Wetlands Permit by Notification for new dock at 78 Elm Street, Map 35, Lot 36, Letourneau.

3) Copy of Amended Wetlands and Non-site Specific Permit 2017-01462 for Astron Holdings on Chatel Avenue, Map 23, Lot 13 (This applicant will be in at the next Conservation Commission meeting to review the proposed subdivision plans.)

4) Notice of Intent to Cut for Map 10, Lot 6 on 34 Tenney Road, Cameron.
