Map 21, Lots 98 & 99, Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposed two lot subdivision. The legal deed description shows the properties as one lot. The intent of the proposed subdivision is to legally subdivide the property into two lots and reestablish the lot lines between Lot 98 and Lot 99. The properties are located a 495 Mast Road and Oak Lane, owned by Lafond Family Living Trust. The properties are Zoned: Residential Small Business and Office District-2 (RSBO-2) and Residential-2 (This application was continued from September 08, 2022 Meeting.)
