Map 5 Lot 54 & 54-1, Completeness Review/Site Plan & Subdivision Review Hearing for proposed (30) thirty-unit residential condominium development. The proposal is to build five townhouse style buildings that will be located at Mast Road & Tatro Drive, The Owner is Hemily Investments, LLC, Zoned: Commercial Industrial Flex Zone.
Map 23, Lot 13 & 11, Completeness Review/Subdivision Review & Request for Relief of the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer Hearing for a proposal to adjust the lot lines between the two existing lots and create a third new lot. The applicant is also requesting relief of the outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District Buffer for the proposed driveway encroachments and associated improvements. Map 32, Lot 1-1, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit & Request for Relief of the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer to build a 600 sq. ft. garage that will be located within the outer 50’ of the WSWC Buffer. A Conditional Use Permit is also required per Section 13.3.4 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, to allow the proposed garage to be built approximately 75 ft. from Bog Brook, a designated surface water.
