GOFFSTOWN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 for the following applications:

Public Hearing:
Joseph & Katelin Rogers, Applicants/Owners, are seeking a Variance to allow a masonry/landscaping business to be located within the Residential-1 Zone of a lot that is split zoned Residential-1 and Agricultural. A Variance is required per Section 3.11 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance for the use within the Residential-1 Zone. A second Variance is required per Section 5.13 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance as the lot has only 3.54 acres and 5 acres is required for a landscaping business that are located within the Aquicultural Zone. Philip Giroux, Applicant/Owner, is seeking an Appeal from an Administrative Decision to allow for two (2) free standing signs, each measuring 32 sq. ft., in the Agricultural Zone. The administrative decision being appealed denied a requested sign permit application on the basis the application requested two freestanding signs, whereas Section 6.5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance only allows one freestanding sign in the Agricultural District. The owner is appealing this decision in accordance with Section 15.3.3 of the Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 168 Pattee Hill Road, (Map 7, Lot 102), Zoned: Agricultural.
Adam & Myriam Resnick, Applicants/Owners are seeking a Special Exception per Section 5.5, 5.5.2.2 & 5.5.2.3.1of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance to allow for the keeping of livestock to be located within 4 ft. from the property line whereas a 50 ft. setback is required. The property is located at 156 Paige Hill Road, (Map 8, Lot 41A), Zoned: Agricultural.
Jordan Meisner & Bethany Kacich, Owners/Applicants, are seeking a Variance to allow for the construction of a one-bedroom caretaker dwelling unit to be constructed on a lot within the Agricultural Zone where it is not permitted per Sections 3.12 & 5.10 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at Walnut Hill Road, (Map 2, Lot 2), Zoned Agricultural
Jane Bigelow, Owner/Applicant is seeking a Variance to allow for a two (2) lot subdivision that will create one lot with 100 ft. of frontage and the other lot having 127.62 ft. of frontage, whereas 200 ft. of frontage is required per Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 75 Tenney Road, (Map 10, Lot 22), Zoned: Agricultural.
