Discussion on Site Walk of November 1, 2022:

Map 23, Lot 13 & 11, Subdivision Review & Request for Relief of the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer Hearing for a proposal to adjust the lot lines between the two existing lots and create a third new lot. The applicant is also requesting relief of the outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District Buffer for the proposed turnaround area/driveway encroachments. The properties are located at Chatel Avenue, owners are Vincent & Nicholas Urban (Lot 11) and Astron Holdings, LLC (Lot 13).

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of November 16, 2022

Correspondence:

1) Request for recommendation to be sent to the Select Board for land acquisition for Map 42, Lot 46, off South Uncanoonuc that abuts Conservation Land.

2) 2023 Proposed Zoning Amendments.

3) Copy of Conservation Commission proposed budget by Budget Committee.

4) Copy of letter from NHDES regarding Map 34 Lot 174, Factory Street.

5) Copy od letter from Green Mountain Power regarding Kelley’s Falls Hydroelectric.
