Map 5 Lot 49, Completeness Review/Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposal to build a 4,800 sq. ft. commercial building with onsite associated improvements, for a proposed automotive/trailer dealership business. Property owners are Noonic Holdings, LLC, located at 186 Mast Road, Zoned: Commercial/Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ) (This application was continued from the December 08, 2022 Meeting.)
NEW BUSINESS:
Map 5 Lot 54 & 54-1, Completeness Review/Site Plan & Subdivision Review Hearing for proposed (30) thirtyunit residential condominium development. The proposal is to build five townhouse style buildings that will be
located at Mast Road & Tatro Drive, The Owner is Hemily Investments, LLC, Zoned: Commercial Industrial Flex Zone.
