CONSERVATION COMMISSION MEETING

Presentations:

Map 5, Lots 14 & 14-1, Conditional Use Permit Review of Public Service of New Hampshire dba Eversource Energy, Easement Owner, for a proposal to replace overhead electric utility structures along the existing C196 and Q171 Transmission Lines as part of an ongoing rebuild project. Some of the new/replacement structures and site improvements will be located within the Wetland Surface Water Conservation District. A Conditional Use Permit is required per Section 13.3.7 and Section 13.3.7.1 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, to replace structures within the Wetlands and Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District.

Milfoil Discussion:

Discuss Town financial contribution towards Namaske Lake Association and Goffstown Waterways for Milfoil treatment.

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of February 22, 2023.

Correspondence:

1) Copy of NHDES Wetlands Minor Impact Application and correspondence for Town of Goffstown for road improvements by constructing a hammerhead style turnaround area off 11 Glenwood Drive, Map 36, Lot 38.

2) NHDES for Permit By Notification for forestry on Map 4, Lot 20, 33 Lesnyk Road.

3) NH Town and City Magazine March/April 2023.
