Map 18 Lots 17 & 16A, Court Remand: Concerning original approval for Site Plan & Conditional Use Permits for a proposal to convert the existing house on Lot 16A into a laundromat, as well as remove the existing garage. Conditional Use Permit #2, relief from Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, 7.4.3.1, which allows for alternatives to driveway separation requirements to allow driveway serving 2 Haig Street to be less than 125 feet from a driveway to the nearest intersection, and #3, relief from Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, 7.4.3.1 which allows for alternatives to driveway separation requirements, to allow proposed driveway serving 2 Haig Street to be less than 100 feet away from the rear abutter's property line. Both Conditional Use Permit approvals have been remanded back to the Planning Board for further review. Conditional Use Permit #1, relief from Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, Section 7.4.3.1., which requires a minimum distance of 125’ from a driveway to the nearest intersection and Conditional Use Permit #4, relief from Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, Section 7.5.3. for alternative parking arrangements may be reaffirmed by the Planning Board. Property Owners are: 586 Mast Road, LLC & 2 Haig Street, LLC, and the properties are located at 586 Mast Road, 2 Haig Street and Joffre Street, Zoned: Commercial (Continued from the March 9, 2023 Planning Board Meeting.)

Map 5, Lot 54 & 54-1, Completeness Review/Site Plan & Subdivision Review Hearing for proposed (30) thirty-unit residential condominium development. The proposal is to build five townhouse style buildings that will be located at Mast Road & Tatro Drive, The Owner is Hemily Investments, LLC, Zoned: Commercial Industrial Flex Zone. (Continued from the January 12, 2023 Planning Board Meeting.)

Map 5, Lots 14 & 14-1, Conditional Use Permit Review Hearing of Public Service of New Hampshire dba Eversource Energy, Easement Owner, for a proposal to replace overhead electric utility structures along the existing C196 and Q171 Transmission Lines as part of an ongoing rebuild project. Some of the new/replacement structures and site improvements will be located within the Wetland Surface Water Conservation District. A Conditional Use Permit is required per Section 13.3.7 and Section 13.3.7.1 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, to replace structures within the Wetlands and Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District.

Map 33, Lots 17 & 17-1, Conceptual Review for a proposal to remove condition on recently approved subdivision that limits Lot 17-1 to a single-family home. The applicant is proposing a shared driveway for the two lots and eliminate the encroachment within the outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District Buffer. Property is located at New Boston Road, owned by Daniel Dion & Goffstown Horizon Properties, LLC, Zoned: Residential-1 (Continued from the March 09, 2023 Planning Board Meeting.)
