AGENDA - THURSDAY – APRIL 27, 2023

OLD BUSINESS:

Map 18 Lots 17 & 16A, Court Remand: Concerning original approval for Site Plan & Conditional Use Permits for a proposal to convert the existing house on Lot 16A into a laundromat, as well as remove the existing garage. Conditional Use Permit #2, relief from Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, 7.4.3.1, which allows for alternatives to driveway separation requirements to allow driveway serving 2 Haig Street to be less than 125 feet from a driveway to the nearest intersection, and #3, relief from Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, 7.4.3.1 which allows for alternatives to driveway separation requirements, to allow proposed driveway serving 2 Haig Street to be less than 100 feet away from the rear abutter's property line. Both Conditional Use Permit approvals have been remanded back to the Planning Board for further review. Conditional Use Permit #1, relief from Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, Section 7.4.3.1., which requires a minimum distance of 125’ from a driveway to the nearest intersection and Conditional Use Permit #4, relief from Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, Section 7.5.3. for alternative parking arrangements may be reaffirmed by the Planning Board. Property Owners are: 586 Mast Road, LLC & 2 Haig Street, LLC, and the properties are located at 586 Mast Road, 2 Haig Street and Joffre Street, Zoned: Commercial (Deliberations continued from the March 23, 2023 Planning Board Meeting.)

NEW BUSINESS:

David Nieman - Open Space Committee Presentation:

Request for recommendation to be forward to the Select Board regarding recommendation for land acquisition for open space conservation easement on properties located at Paige Hill Road, Map 10, Lots 3 & 3-1, Map 11, Lots 1, 1-3, 1-4, 1-5 & 1-6.

OTHER BUSINESS:

Discussion regarding CIP Committee organization. Appointment of Planning Board Member to the Economic Development Council, and the request to be reappointment as an Alternate to Southern NH Planning Commission.
