TOWN OF GOFFSTOWN

PUBLIC HEARING

The Goffstown Select Board will conduct a Public Hearing (RSA 72:74) on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. to receive public input and take action regarding the adoption of a PILOT (Payment In Lieu Of Taxes) Agreement for a renewable generation facility located at 55 Mast Road; identified as tax parcel Map 5, Lot 15-2. The PILOT Agreement would be between the Town of Goffstown and Greggs Falls Hydroelectric Associates Limited Partnership for a proposed term of five (5) years.
