OLD BUSINESS:
Map 34 Lot 61, Completeness Review/Waiver of the Development Regulations, and a Conditional Use Permit Review Hearing for a proposal to add a second driveway to the existing residential lot. The owner of the property is requesting a waiver of Appendix A, Section 8.C.5 of the Development Regulations to allow a second driveway to be 5’ from the side property line whereas 10’ is required. The owner is also seeking a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a second driveway on a lot that has approximately 105’ of frontage whereas 250’ is required per Section 7.4.2 of the Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 8 West Union Street, owned by Michael Taber, Zoned: Residential-1.
Map 35, Lot 52, Completeness Review/Request for Relief of the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland Surface Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer Review Hearing, for a proposal to raze and rebuild a single-family home that will be approximately 68’ and 71’ from Glen Lake, a designated surface water, whereas a 100’ setback is required. The owners are seeking a Waiver of the Outer 50’ of the WSWC District Buffer as permitted per Section 13.3.4 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 142 Elm Street, owned by Kathleen Ann & Srdjan Ilic, Zoned: Residential-1.
Public Service of New Hampshire dba Eversource Energy, Easement Owner, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit Review Hearing for a proposal to replace overhead electric utility structures along the existing J114 Transmission Line as part of an ongoing rebuild project. Some of the new/replacement structures and site improvements will be located within the Wetland Surface Water Conservation District. A Conditional Use Permit is required per Sections 13.3.4, 13.3.7 and Section 13.3.7.1 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, to replace structures within the Wetlands and Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District. The Easement area is located off Elm Street (Map 5, Lots 16, 18A, 19, 19-1 & 20) and Goffstown Back Road (Map 6, Lots 26-1 & 79), Zoned: Residential-1, Agricultural, Wetlands & Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) Overlay District, and the Flood Hazard Overlay District.
