GOFFSTOWN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, June 06, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 for the following applications:

Approval of the May 2, 2023 ZBA Minutes.

Public Hearing:

St. Anselm College, Applicant/Owners are seeking a Variance to build a new 3-story nursing and health building on the St. Anselm College Campus, that will have a maximum building height of 56’ whereas 35’ is permitted per Sections 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 100 St, Anselm’s Drive, (Map 3, Lot 41), Zoned: Residential-2.
