PUBLIC HEARINGS

RSA 41:14-a

In compliance with RSA 41:14-a, the Goffstown Select Board will conduct Public Hearings on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. and Monday, June 26, 2023 at 6:30 p.m., at the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH, to accept public input regarding the granting of a permanent easement across the Town’s Rail Trail (Tax Map 19, Lot 47-6) to Noonic Holding LLC, owner of Tax Map 5, Lot 49, and William B. Roberts and Elizabeth H. Roberts, as Trustees of The William B. Roberts 1997 Revocable Trust, owners of Tax Map 2, Lot 59. The Select Board is scheduled to vote on the granting of this easement on 07/10/23.
