PUBLIC HEARING

RSA 31:95-b

The Goffstown Select Board will conduct a Public Hearing in accordance with NH RSA 31:95-b on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 6:15 pm, at Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH to receive public input to accept and expend unanticipated funds totaling $630,000.00 from the State of NH’s InvestNH Municipal Per Unit Grant Program. The grant funds under the program are for 63 affordable housing units in the multifamily house project, Woodland Village Phases I & II located on Bog Brook Road (Map 4, Lot 87-6). A vote by the Select Board will be taken immediately after the public hearing.
