Map 10 Lot 10, Completeness Review/Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposed five (5) lot open space subdivision. The proposal is to subdivide the existing lot into four new lots and create one lot that will remain as an open space. The property is owned by David Klebenov, located at 102 Tenney Road, Zoned: Agricultural. (Requesting to be continued to the July 13, 2023 Planning Board Meeting.)
