Public Discussion:

Public Service of New Hampshire dba Eversource Energy, Easement Owner, Conditional Use Permit Request for a proposal to replace overhead electric utility structures along the existing B143 Transmission Line as part of an ongoing rebuild project. Some of the new/replacement structures and site improvements will be located within the Wetland Surface Water Conservation District. The Easement area is located off Mast Road/Normand Road (Map 19, Lot 47-5 & Map 5, Lot 62), Wallace Road/Shirley Hill Road/Magnolia Drive (Map 2, Lots 3-OS & 8), Zoned: Commercial Industrial Flex, Agricultural, & Wetlands & Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) Overlay District,

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of May 24, 2023.

Correspondence:

1) Recommendation is requested to be forwarded to the Select Board for the release of rights from Map 5, Lot 49 and Map 2 Lot 59 for a portion of discontinued Buzzell Road where it crosses the rail trail. A new access easement was approved as part of the approved site plan for Map 5 Lot 49. The Select Board is requesting a recommendation from the Conservation Commission.

2) Vote to move an alternate to fill the regular member vacancy term 2021 -2024.

3) Copy of Vernal Pool Survey for 5 Lot Open Space Subdivision on Tenney Road, Map 10 Lot 10.
