TOWN OF GOFFSTOWN

PUBLIC HEARINGS

In compliance with RSA 41:14-a, the Goffstown Select Board will conduct Public Hearings on 07/10/23 at 6:30 p.m. and 07/24/23 at 6:30 p.m., at the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH, to accept public input pertaining to the Town taking ownership of a proposed 32.333 acre parcel from a proposed open space subdivision. The proposed subdivision would subdivide the existing lot into four new lots and create one lot that will remain as an open space. The Select Board is seeking public input on the proposed parcel identified as Map 10, Lot 10-OS. The property is owned by David Klebenov, located at 102 Tenney Road.

In accordance with RSA 41:14-a, the Select Board will vote on whether to take ownership of this lot at a special meeting on 07/31/23, at 6:00 p.m.
