OLD BUSINESS:
Map 14, Lot 68, Completeness Review/Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposed two (2) lot subdivision, creating one new lot. The proposal is to subdivide the existing lot into two lots, creating one new lot. The property owner is Eric & Anastasia Forcier located at 4 Heald Street, Map 14, Lot 68, Zoned: Residential-2. (Continued from the June 08, 2023 Meeting.)
NEW BUSINESS:
Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit Review Hearing for a proposal to replace overhead electric utility structures along the existing B143 Transmission Line, as part of an ongoing rebuild project. Some of the new/replacement structures and site improvements will be located within the Wetland Surface Water Conservation District. A Conditional Use Permit is required per Sections 13.3.4, 13.3.7 and Section 13.3.7.1 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, to replace structures within the Wetlands and Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District. Public Service of New Hampshire dba Eversource Energy, is the easement owner. The easement areas are located off Mast Road/Normand Road (Map 19, Lot 47-5 & Map 5, Lot 62), Wallace Road/Shirley Hill Road/Magnolia Drive (Map 2, Lots 3-OS & 8), Zoned: Commercial Industrial Flex, Agricultural, & Wetlands & Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) Overlay District
Map 3 Lot 41, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit & Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposal to demolish an existing 2-story (Poisson Hall) building, and build a new 3-story, (44,500 sq. ft.) nursing & health science building to be located on the campus of Saint Anselm College. The college is also requesting a Conditional Use Permit per Section 3.11.B.5 (Table of Principal Uses) to allow for the new building to be built within the Residential-2 District. The property is owned by Saint Anselm College, located at 100 St. Anselm’s Drive, Zoned: Residential-2.
