OLD BUSINESS:

Map 10 Lot 10, Completeness Review/Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposed five (5) lot open space subdivision. The proposal is to subdivide the existing lot into four new lots and create one lot that will remain as an open space. The property is owned by David Klebenov, located at 102 Tenney Road, Zoned: Agricultural. (Continued from the June 22, 2023 Planning Board Meeting.)

NEW BUSINESS:

Map 34 Lot 18, Completeness Review/Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposal to convert an existing five (5) unit multi-family property into a seven (7) unit multi-family property. The proposal is to raze and existing detached barn and build in its place a 1,600 sq. ft. two (2) unit apartment building that will not be attached to the existing five (5) unit multi-family building that is currently located on the lot. The property is owned by Brian Nawoj, located at 10 East Union Street, Zoned: Residetnial-1.
