Map 3 Lot 41, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit & Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposal to demolish an existing 2-story (Poisson Hall) building, and build a new 3-story, (44,500 sq. ft.) nursing & health science building to be located on the campus of Saint Anselm College. The college is also requesting a Conditional Use Permit per Section 3.11.B.5 (Table of Principal Uses) to allow for the new building to be built within the Residential-2 District.
