The Goffstown Police Department manages adult and juvenile court cases and other legal matters through the Department’s Prosecutor, Captain Daniel Conley.

Subpoena to Court

Witnesses that have received subpoenas to appear at court should contact Captain Conley a  week before court. Witnesses should call in order to determine whether the case is still proceeding to trial.
