Program Description
The Summer Playground Program is a fun-filled, 8-week program for Goffstown residents, held at Barnard Park and Roy Park. This program offers arts and crafts, card and board games, outdoor games, sports, and various other activities. Campers will have daily access to the swimming pools and playgrounds available at both parks. Additionally, on some Fridays both sites will come together at Barnard Park for a special event. Special events can include tie-dye day, a magician, pickleball tournaments, dodgeball tournaments, Olympics, and more.
This program takes place Monday through Friday from 8:30am-4pm. Participants may register for as many weeks as they desire and at whichever location they prefer, given that spots are available. **Securing a spot in one week does not guarantee that you will receive spots in other weeks; registration is on a first come first serve basis.** We do offer a waitlist for both locations. If you are unable to register for the week, please join our waitlist.
THIS YEAR WE WILL BE REQUIRING A $25-PER CHILD-PER WEEK-NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (due at the time of registration) FOR CAMP.
The Summer Playground Program is scheduled to start on June 26TH and run for 8 weeks. These dates are subject to change as the school calendar changes.
All participants who choose to register for the 2023 Summer Playground Program must fill out the 2023 Health History form and the 2023 Emergency Release form electronically, as part of this registration.
Locations
Barnard Park— 60 participants max. Barnard Park is the larger of the two park spaces offered in Goffstown. This park offers: a full football field enclosed by a recently redone sports track, a pavilion with bathrooms, playground, tennis courts, beach volleyball net, and a multi-depth pool with a diving board. This park is located at 9 Barnard Lane.
Roy Park – 20 participants max. Roy Park is the second park location located in Pinardville on the Goffstown/Manchester line. This park includes a pavilion, playground, basketball court, multi-depth pool, and a softball/all-purpose field. This park is located at 21 Rosemont Street.

Registration: March 8, 2023 (reg opens at midnight on the 8th)
Fee: $80 per week to include a $25 non-refundable fee, per child, per week
