These two programs are for girls grades 3 through 8. They are instructional, yet competitive programs in which all abilities are invited to participate. All aspects of the game will be taught in a fun and instructional environment.

This league consists of the following:

• 1-Hour Practice, 1 night a week (Monday through Thursday are the practice night options, there will be no practices on Fridays). Practice times begin no earlier than 6:00pm. Teams will have a designated practice day, time, and location determined by the coach. Practice locations include: GHS Back gym, Maple Ave. Elementary School Gym, MVMS Hilltop Gym, or MVMS Main Gym. Practices will be the same every week.

• 1 Game per week on Saturdays that will take place at Mountain View Middle School. Games will begin December 16th. All games are played on Saturdays between 8:00am and 8:00pm. Only one game will be played at a time, games are grouped together by age group.

The league begins with an evaluation clinic on December 2nd. These are not tryouts, everyone who registers for the league will be placed on a team. During the evaluation time, we evaluate each of the players basketball abilities so that teams can be drafted as equally as possible. Please come to this clinic with your child properly equipped and ready to play. They will not need any personal equipment; basketballs will be supplied. Attire should include comfortable active wear and sneakers or basketball shoes and water.

**Please note there will be no practices or games during school breaks or when school is closed or cancelled for the day due to holidays or weather.**

12/2/23 to 12/3/23: Coaches only draft. Practices will begin after the teams have been drafted. Practice days and times will be communicated to you via email by your coaches.

This is a competitive basketball program for boys in grades 9 through12. Players will be assigned to a team after an open gym evaluation and a draft; at least four teams are needed for this league, 8 players min per team. Registrants will receive a team uniform. This game-only league is played once a week on Sundays between 3:30pm and 6:30pm.

Team selection will be coaches only and will occur after the open gym on 12/10. Once the teams are created, players will be notified via email before the first games begin. All registrations must be completed prior to participation in team selection.

This is an instructional/fundamental program with lowered basketball hoops (8.5’) for both girls and boys in 1st and 2nd grade. We will focus on fundamentals, fun, and the understanding of the game. We will take a maximum of 80 players with 10 players on each team. Once the season begins, we will have a 30-minute practice followed by a 30-minute game each Sunday at Mountain View Middle School. Program will last for 9 weeks weather permitting.

The league begins with an evaluation clinic on December 3rd. During this time, we evaluate each of the players’ basketball abilities so that teams can be created as equally as possible. This is not a tryout but rather a chance for us to gauge who possesses what skills in basketball. There is no experience necessary for this league. • 1 Game per week on either Tuesday or Wednesday (these days will vary each week based on the game schedule. Please note your daughter's team will not play on the same night each week). The games are scheduled to start at 6:30pm and will take place at Mountain View Middle School. Games will begin Nov 28th and 29th.

This is a competitive basketball program for men ages 18 and older. All participants will be assigned to a team, please list on the registration if you wish to be on a certain team or with certain players. Team requests will be considered but are not guaranteed, as we will adjust teams based on registration numbers. Registration includes a team uniform (sports performance t-shirt), so be sure to list your shirt size on the registration.

Games will take place on Thursday evenings at Mountain View Middle School between 6pm and 9pm (Sunday dates could possibly be added based on need and gym availability). The season consists of 12 regular-season games (dependent on weather), and a double elimination championship tournament.
