Mat Pilates:

Join Sherri Campbell, every Monday from 6-7 pm for Mat Pilates class. Sherri is a certified Power Pilates instructor and has instructed classes at CoreLove Pilates & Barre for the past year. Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Pilates exercises are designed to develop longer, leaner muscles, establish core strength and stability, and connect your mind and body.

No experience necessary, all welcome, all exercises can be modified to your ability.
Try a class, you’ll be glad you did. Please bring your own Mat and don’t forget your water bottle.

First Friday Event:

Goffstown Parks & Recreation and The Goffstown Public Library come together on the first Friday of every month to sponsor an Adult 55+ social event. Activities and talks are offered in a wide and interesting range of topics. This is free of charge and open to all 55 and older, so please come and be social with us on the first Friday of every month! Topics will be posted on Facebook, so keep an eye out for this month’s topic!

Bone Builders:

Strengthening Seniors one class at a time: Bone Builders is a strength training and balance exercise program to prevent and reverse osteoporosis. This class helps build bone density & improves balance, weights will be provided. This program is free and all are encouraged to attend. Bone Builders will take place on Mondays & Wednesdays 10 am at the Parks & Recreation Building.

Fee: FREE                                 Registration: Drop-In (Medical release from     physician required before beginning)


Ladies Line Dancing:

Line dancing instruction for women set to Christian, pop, and country music. A great way to exercise the mind and body. No experience necessary. Daytime and evening classes are available. Mondays: 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Wednesdays from 7:30 to 8:30 pm, and Thursdays from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Classes take place at the Goffstown Parks and Rec Building. No Excuses LLC:

Instructor, Christine Brown runs multi-week sessions that challenge participants with a new full-body workout every week. In addition to that, the class offers meal plan support and online accountability. This class is for people who like to work hard, support each other, and most importantly have FUN! TaeKwonDo:

A fifth-degree black belt with over 25 years’ experience in the martial arts. It's more than just kicking and punching! Exercise your body and lose weight while gaining flexibility! Zumba:

Join Diane Henriques every Wednesday & Friday at 6 pm for a Zumba Fitness class that will bring Latin and international rhythms from around the world. Diane strives to challenge her students to increase their physical and mental potential, and to build greater confidence in their abilities.  Diane is honored to teach Zumba every Wednesday and Friday, her passion for music can be felt on the dance floor.  She's easy to follow but shows you how to dance with power.
