Parking Passes 2019-2020 School Year – SOLD OUT

For the 2019-2020 school year parking pass for high school students will be done through our online RecDesk system. They are currently sold out, but you do have the option to add yourself to a wait list should a spot become available.

  • You must be 16 with a valid driver's license at the time that you register.

  • There are only 35 spots up for grabs, 10 will be at the Rec Building and the remaining 25 will be at Barnard Park.

Current Running Programs

Basketball: Boys Grades 3 through 12

Goffstown Parks and Recreation offers fun and instructional yet competitive basketball programs for all kids from grades 1-12. The girl’s Jr. and Sr. divisions as well as the COED grades 1 and 2 programs have come to an end. The boy’s divisions grades 3 through 12 are entering the playoffs. Games are played on Saturdays and Sundays at MVMS. Games schedules can be found under the “leagues” tab on our RecDesk website.

Open Registrations


Parks and recreation lacrosse is open to all girls and boys ages 7-14; teams will be dependent on player registration and age. This is a travel program in the New Hampshire Youth Lacrosse Association (NHYLA). With our program you good competitive lacrosse as well as an emphasis on skill development, sportsmanship, and fun. All abilities are invited to participate. Games will be played on Sundays with practices throughout the week. Home games and practices will take place at Sarette Field in Pinardville; away games will be at varying locations. All participants must provide their own protective equipment: goggles and mouth guard. Participants will also need to purchase a team uniform to wear at practices and games.

Upcoming Registrations

Summer Playground 2020 –March 1st 8am

The Summer Playground Program is a fun-filled, 8-week program held at Barnard Park and Roy Park. This program offers arts and crafts, cards and board games, outdoor games, sports, and various other activities. Campers will have daily access to the swimming pools and playgrounds available at both parks. Additionally, every Friday both sites will come together at Barnard Park for a special event. Weekly special events include tie-dye day, summer survivor challenge, pickleball tournaments, dodgeball tournaments, candy bar Olympics, and more.

This program takes place Monday through Friday from 8:30am-4pm. Participants may register for as many weeks as they desire and at whichever location they prefer, given that spots are available. **Securing a spot in one week does not guarantee that you will receive spots in other weeks; registration is on a first come first serve basis** The Summer Playground Program is scheduled to start on June 22nd and run for 8 weeks. These dates are subject to change as the school calendar changes. All participants who choose to register for the 2020 Summer Playground Program must fill out the 2020 Health History form and the 2020 Emergency Release form. This year the forms are available in electronic versions only. The registration software will prompt you to complete these forms before you finish the registration. Physicals from a physician are NOT required for our program.

MTA Transportation for Goffstown Residents

General rides are available to all Goffstown residents, but priority rides go to those age 62+ or those who are disabled. Medical appointments are also considered priority rides. You can make a reservation as early as one week prior, and no later than 24 hours prior. Connect with MTA Route #6 at Shaw’s Plaza for Manchester, Concord, and Nashua service.

For appointments: Provide the address information for pick-up and drop-off location. Date and time requested will be provided with a 30-minute pick-up window. Passengers will need to provide purpose of the ride and may ride with a companion or children.
