The duties of the Tax Collector’s Office as defined in RSA 41:35 is to collect the taxes that have been committed to the Collector by Assessors and to keep suitable books a fair and accurate account of all that has been committed, paid, and abated. This duty is sworn to be performed, faithfully, and impartially as stated in the oath of office, to assist the Town in meeting its financial obligations each year.

Tax Payments
Tax payments can be made by cash or check via USPS mail, in person or by our 24/7 drop box located inside the back entrance door. We do accept *postmarked payments for current property tax bills.
*Mailed payments on delinquent taxes prior to the lien or deed process CANNOT be accepted by postmarked date.
