On August 16th, 2019 the New Hampshire Union Leader had a follow up story to the Realtor.com release of the 10 hottest neighborhoods in America.

After searching through 16,000 zip codes across the United States, last month Realtor. com announced Goffstown’s 03045 as one of year’s top ten 10 hottest neighborhoods in America when it comes to home sales.

The article noted recent median home prices in Goffstown were at $325,050. This figure is approximately $6,000 more than the national average, but well below the $589,900 median home price for the Boston metro area. Additionally, homes in Goffstown stayed on the market for an average of 22 days, well below the national median of 56 days after initial listing.
